Susi Lu is a New York–based brand designer and art director. For 10+ years she’s built brand systems for premium consumer and hospitality brands, carrying them from identity and packaging to websites, campaigns, and physical spaces.

She’s currently Creative Director at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, leading brand across its restaurants, nonprofit partner, and research incubator, Rhizome. Susi is drawn to mission-driven work: brands that make something genuinely better for the people who use them.
